What if I can't find my parish?

If your parish doesn’t appear, it probably doesn’t use Pewbook yet. You can tell the parish office about it. Pewbook doesn’t send anything for you.

  1. On the Pewbook home page, type your parish’s name and check the list.
  2. If nothing matches, look under Can’t find your parish?
  3. Choose Email your parish office. Your own email app opens with a message already written. Type in your parish office’s address and send it.
  4. Or choose Copy the message. You’ll see Copied when it works. If your device can’t copy it, the message appears in a box, ready for you to copy. Paste it into an email or a text.

The message says Pewbook is a UK service for parish offices. It says people can make requests online without an account. It also gives a link to find out more.

What we keep: nothing. Pewbook doesn’t see your message or who you send it to. It goes from your own email app.

If your parish does use Pewbook, ask the office for its link. Check the spelling of the name too.

Still stuck? Contact your parish office.
