Confirm your Mass request

After you send a request, we email you a link. You must confirm it, or the Mass isn’t held for you.

1. Open the email. If you can’t see it, look in your junk or spam folder.
2. Click the link. It opens a page called Confirm your request.
3. Check the Mass and who it is for.
4. Tap Confirm my request.

You’ll see Thank you. Your request now waits for the parish office to receive your offering. They email you when it’s confirmed.

If something goes wrong

• The link has expired. Links work for 24 hours. Make your request again.
• Someone else has just taken the Mass. Choose another Mass and make your request again.
• The request was declined or cancelled. Contact the parish office.
• You click the link twice. That’s fine. The page says your request has already been sent.

Opening the link doesn’t confirm anything by itself. Only the Confirm my request button does.
