Everyone who logs in can do this, whatever their role.
- In the menu, choose Contact us. It’s at the bottom, under Help.
- In Your message, tell us what you were trying to do and what happened.
- Choose Send message.
We reply by email to the address you log in with, usually within two working days. You also get an email with a copy of your message, so you know it arrived.
We can see which parish you’re from and, usually, which page you came from, so you don’t need to tell us those.
If it doesn’t send
You can send up to five messages an hour. If your message doesn’t send, email us at [email protected] instead.
Parishioners don’t use this: they contact their parish office.
