Admins can do this. Use it when someone says “I didn’t make this request”, or has lost their phone.
- Go to Settings.
- Find Forget a parishioner’s devices.
- Type their email address in Their email address.
- Tap Forget their devices.
Every phone or computer that remembers that email address will need the email check again next time.
Change how long devices are remembered
In Settings, under Mass intentions, set Remember a parishioner’s phone or computer for (days). Then tap Save Mass intention settings. Enter 0 to switch the feature off, so everyone gets the email check every time.
