Admins can change these. Go to Settings and find the Mass intentions box. Tap Save Mass intention settings when you’re done.
- Notice needed (days): how soon before a Mass people can still ask for it.
- How far ahead people can ask (months): how far into the future the form shows Masses.
- Open for requests from (optional): leave blank unless you release the diary in blocks.
- Suggested offering (£, optional): shown on the form. It is never enforced.
- How to give the offering: what parishioners are told on the form.
- Parish office contact details (optional): shown in the form’s privacy notice and at the bottom of emails. If blank, your churches’ addresses are shown.
- Services that don’t take intentions: tick any services to leave off.
- Include intentions still waiting for their offering in the newsletter: off means only confirmed intentions.
- When a Mass is full, let people still ask for it, to be offered elsewhere: then edit What the form says about this.
- Allow collective intentions: then set Intentions per Mass. People must tick to agree to share the Mass.
- Remember a parishioner’s phone or computer for (days): 0 switches “Remember me” off.
If something isn’t valid, a plain message says what to fix and nothing is saved.
