Clergy and admins can do this. Go to Mass register. It lists every confirmed intention: the Mass, the intention, the offering, when it was received and when the Mass was celebrated.
- Choose From and To. They start as the current month.
- Pick a Church, if your parish has more than one.
- Tick or untick Show cancelled intentions. Cancelled ones are crossed out, with the reason.
- Tap Show.
Print or download
- Print prints just the table, on A4 landscape.
- Download for a spreadsheet (CSV) saves the same rows as a file.
Good to know
- Standing intentions show Standing intention instead of an offering.
- Intentions passed to another priest say “offered elsewhere”.
- Confirmed entries are never silently changed or deleted. The register is the parish’s record.
