How do I put a QR code or button on our website or noticeboard?

Who can do this: Admins and clergy.

Clergy and admins can do this. Go to Share your page.

Your page’s address

This is the address parishioners use to find your service times. Tap Copy, then paste it into an email, your newsletter or a social media post.

A QR code

Phones scan the QR code to open your page. Tap Download (PNG) for a picture you can put in your newsletter, or Download (SVG) for a printer or designer: it stays sharp at any size.

The QR code is made on the page itself. Nothing about your parish is sent to another service.

A poster for the porch or noticeboard

  1. Under Poster, change the Heading if you like. It isn’t saved, so you can change it each time.
  2. Tap Print a poster. The poster opens in a new tab.
  3. Tap Print, and print it on A4 paper.

The poster shows your parish’s name, the heading, the QR code, your page’s address and “No app or account needed.”

A button for your parish website

  1. Under Button for your website, tap Copy.
  2. In your website builder, add an “HTML” or “embed code” block where you want the button, and paste it in.

The button is a plain link. It doesn’t load anything from Pewbook and doesn’t track your visitors. If your website builder has a “button” block, you can use that instead, with your page’s address as the link.
